Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan multinasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keterikatan kerja, yaitu fisik, kognitif, dan emosional, memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan, di mana dimensi emosional memberikan pengaruh terbesar. Faktor seperti budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi lintas budaya terbukti memengaruhi tingkat keterikatan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi holistik, termasuk pelatihan, penghargaan, dan komunikasi efektif, untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dan mendukung produktivitas organisasi.
